Account Types

• Individual Account: Designed for personal use with access to features like remittance, wallet transfers, payment services, API access, and team management. Does not include subscription, products, team, or multi-business functionalities.

• Business Account: Tailored for merchants with access to advanced features like multiple business accounts, product management, and cash payment retailer applications.

 

Multi-Currency Support

Each country has its supported currencies (e.g., USD, EUR, GBP for the USA). Users can manage wallets in these currencies, swap between them (if enabled by the admin), and remit funds to compatible recipient countries.

 

Money Transfers

• Send money to users or non-users via email or transfer tags.

• Features include scheduled transfers, bulk transfers via CSV, recurring payments, partial/full refunds, and transaction disputes.

• Invite connections, request funds, or perform direct debit transactions.

 

Cash Pin

A secure virtual cash lock with unique card details (number, expiry date, CVV) for payments within the app.

• Supports wallet top-ups, multi-currency transactions, and 3D Secure (OTP-based).

• Funds can be added or withdrawn, and the Cash Pin can be deactivated at any time.

 

Adding Funds

Users can add funds via Cash Pin, transfers, wallet swaps, requests, or top-up methods configured by the admin.

 

Remittance

Supports sending money via banks, mobile money, or cash pickups.

• Admins can configure banks, currencies, vendor fees, and delivery timelines.

• Pickup agents can verify codes, log in independently, and share revenue.

• No pre-integrated vendor APIs; custom solutions are available on request.

 

Cash Payment Retailers

Business accounts can apply to become cash payment retailers. Approved retailers can upload shop details and accept cash payments, earning commissions on each transaction.

 

Request for Information (RFI)

For certain remittance transactions, users may be required to upload additional documents, as specified via email notifications.

 

Multi-Language Support

Supports multiple languages, with English as the default. Admins can download and translate JSON files for localization.
